- Your contact details, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and an email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

Our Process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we take reasonable steps to:
- Investigate the reported material;
- Remove or disable access to any material we reasonably believe infringes on a valid copyright claim;
- Notify the person who posted or submitted the material of the removal.
We generally act expeditiously where a notice clearly identifies infringing material and provides the required elements above.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Consistent with the DMCA and best practice, we may terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers. The material or accounts that repeatedly violate copyright may be removed or suspended at our discretion.
Counter-Notification
If your material was removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or as a result of misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Site;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice.
Upon receiving a compliant counter-notification, we may, at our discretion, restore the material within a reasonable period unless the complaining party files their own court action.
Misuse of the Process
Filing a false or abusive DMCA notice or counter-notification may be subject to legal liability, and we reserve the right to report abuse to the relevant authorities and to take action against misuse of the copyright or by the process.
