Before we recommend anything, it has to survive our review process. Here is how our doctors review it.
The three inputs to every review
- Researched clinical data — Our doctors analyze researched data across Emergency, ICU, Dialysis, Medicine, and Surgery. If researched data show a remedy helped or caused harm, we say so, and we label it as researched data, not as a study.
- Scientific evidence — We check what named authorities and major studies say. We rely on good studies, not on anecdotes or on our own hunches.
- Real-world review — We also review reported real-world use of a remedy: what was used, how often, for how long, and what happened — including when the result was “no real effect.”
Our review gates — every remedy must pass all four
- Is it safe for a typical adult, and what are the risks?
- Is there real evidence, or just tradition?
- Does it interact with medicines, pregnancy, or chronic illness?
- Is the claim evidence, researched data, or tradition? We label which one, honestly.
What we will not recommend
- Miracle “cures” or guaranteed results.
- Anything dangerous, misleading, or unproven for serious illness.
- Anything that replaces medical care.
