Every page on allhomeremedies.com is health content, so we take accuracy seriously. We never silently rewrite a page: meaningful changes are disclosed, and medical-safety errors are handled urgently.
How we classify errors
- Minor errors: typos, formatting, or small factual slips that do not change safety or meaning.
- Factual errors: incorrect facts that could mislead a reader.
- Medical-safety errors: advice that could put a reader at risk if followed.
- Broken links: links that no longer lead to the intended page.
How to report an error
Please report an error through our contact page. Tell us the page, the error, and, if you can, the correct information.
How we handle corrections
- Minor errors are corrected within 5 working days.
- Medical-safety errors are handled urgently by a physician, the same day whenever possible.
- Complex corrections receive a full doctor review before the page is updated.
Disclosure and change log
Meaningful changes are marked with a short “Update:” note on the page. A change log will be added here when a meaningful change occurs.

Scheduled re-review
We re-review content at least every 12 months. If a page cannot be fixed to our standard, we will remove it rather than leave unsafe content published.
